Welcome to the Hourglass Clinic. We have outlined some terms on which we provide services to our clients. It is important that you read and fully understand these before any treatments take place. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to speak to a member of our team.

given two weeks’ notice before your appointment date. After the two-week threshold the

deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is transferable if the Clinic is given at least 48 hours’

notice prior to your treatment date. Rescheduled appointments need to be booked within 30

days of the original booking or the deposit is forfeited, and another deposit is required to

schedule another appointment.

important you contact the clinic so we can try and alter your appointment accordingly.

If the client changes their mine at the time of the appointment the Hourglass Clinic will not

issue price adjustments / refunds for change of mind. The client must pay for the full amount

of the appointment time even of the patient requests a recued of changed service.

Clients that do not attend appointments will forfeit any monies paid in advance.

secure your appointment. We accept payment by most major credit/debit cards.
